Snow-School.bg — online booking for ski and snowboard lessons
A booking platform where guests book ski, snowboard, and ski-running lessons at leading Bulgarian ski resorts online.
Background
Ski schools live off their season — and in season every enquiry counts. Before the platform, bookings ran via phone, email, and notes on site; availability sat with the individual instructors.
For guests it was unclear what was available when. For the ski schools it meant avoiding double bookings, answering follow-up questions, and merging bookings by hand.
Requirements
- Manage courses and availability per ski resort
- Accept bookings for ski, snowboard, and ski running online
- Show availability in real time so nothing is booked twice
- Multilingual for international guests
- Simple administration for the ski school team
The solution
We built a booking platform that brings courses, times, and availability per ski resort together in one place. Guests choose discipline, location, and date and book directly online.
The system is built with PHP and MySQL — proven technology that the ski school team can operate without developer knowledge.
Key features
- Course and schedule management for several ski resorts
- Online booking for ski, snowboard, and ski-running lessons
- Availability display per course and date
- Administration area for the ski school
- Multilingual interface for guests from abroad

Outcome
The platform is live at snow-school.bg and takes bookings for lessons at the Bulgarian ski resorts.
